Simple Steps for easy Signs

Creating Signs is easy using The Designer Library to construct a layout and then, once the design is approved by your client, come back into our site and download the high resolution Chalkart images needed for your job.
Below are a few example of layouts we have done, then emailed to customers for approval and then the finished job.We have put together a time line and what the jobs where worth so you can get an idea of how you could value add to your business using Knomad Chalkart Studio.
The following Sign was produced for a busy Pizza Shop on the other side of Sydney without any need for a face to face meeting until installation at the clients premises. The client simply called, options were discussed and a layout was made using the Designer Library and emailed off to client for approval. Once approved the Sign production was a quick and easy process, as shown below.

60 Minutes of layout time using our Designer Library combining the pizza slice for the left board and for the right hand board combining pizza, mushrooms and flowers n leaves. We designed the layout in adobe illustrator and the emailed off the layout to our client.

With this board we used black gloss alupanel with black matt timber frames. We then vinyl cut the menu and printed the artwork on matt adhesive vinyl. Total cost of artwork was Pizza = $16, Pizza Slice = $16, Flower and leaves = $8 and Mushrooms = $8
for a total of $48. Frames where $120, Alupanel $80, Vinyl $10. Total costs of materials and artwork = $258

Example 2 for Coffee Shop

20 Minutes of layout time importing the "Coffee and 2 Cookies" and "Cafe Latte"artwork into Coreldraw. The Hot Drinks heading is done using "Moniques Freestyle Font" Menu supplied by client. Design is now ready to email client.

With this board we digitally printed the whole panel on satin adhesive vinyl, then laminated the artwork, then vinyl cut the prices and mounted on top of laminate for easy price changes. Mounted the artwork on alupanel then framed using a baltic timber profile.

Total cost of artwork is $32. Frame, print and vinyl = $90 Total Cost = $122
Remember the artwork is a once off payment, so you can use it again for other jobs.

A-3 Bi-fold Table menu for The Sands Restaurant. The front cover is designed using the Coffee Top graphic and the Frangipani & Buds combined and overlayed together. The rest of the graphics are a collection of burgers, focaccias, fruits and salads working with the menu to make an easy to read, colourful table menu.

The finished table menu is completed using a total of 8 images for a total of $US180. Design time 3hours @ $120per hour. On sold to client for $790

| Example 4 Special Boards |

|
40 minutes of layout time working in Flexi-sign and importing artwork into our design using our Designer Library. Once complete we email off to our client for approval.

In this case we cut both boards to 600mm x 1000mm and painted weathertex with black matt acylic. We printed all the artwork out on our Epsom 9600 Stylus Pro and vinyl cut all the lettering. We used baltic timber frame to finish off the board.
From start to installed the job took around 4 hours.

Layout designed in Adobe Illustrator using "Steak, Eggplant and Pumpkin" graphic. Artwork layout took 2hours to design for a dura tran transparency for a light box. Then emailed off to client for approval.

The lightbox was bought for $420, ( installed) duratran transparency was $120 and steak, eggplant and pumpkin artwork was $24. Total material costs was $564

| Example 6 Menuboards for Takeaway
